Your purpose isn't lost; it's buried under expectations and safe choices. Remember what you loved before, take action now, and let clarity come.
You're scrolling job boards at midnight again.
Another role that sounds fine but feels empty.
And somewhere in the back of your mind, that question won't stop:
Is this really it?
You weren't always this stuck.
There was a time when you knew what lit you up.
Maybe it was building things with your hands.
Solving problems nobody else could crack.
Making people laugh or teaching someone something new.
You didn't think about it.
You just did it, and the hours disappeared.
Then life happened…
Bills.
Responsibilities.
People telling you to be realistic.
And now you're here.
Doing what you're “supposed to do”.
Wondering why it all feels so flat.
It's not hiding in some career counselor's test or a viral TikTok.
It's buried under years of other people's expectations.
It's under the "safe" choices you made because you thought you had to.
It's under the noise telling you to be practical, to play it small, to take the sure thing.
But it's still there.
Think about what you gravitated toward before anyone told you what mattered.
That's your clue. That's the thread.
And if you pull it, everything starts to unravel in the best way.
In Jeremiah 1:5, God says, "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born, I set you apart."
Just as Jeremiah, your life has a predetermined, divine, and valuable purpose.
You don't need the whole map, only the next step.
Try something.
Build something.
Reach out to someone….
Follow what makes you curious, even if it doesn't make sense yet.
Especially if it doesn't make sense yet.
Clarity shows up when you're moving.
You might take detours or try things that won’t work.
But you can pivot and learn.
The only people who actually fail are the ones who never start.
Your purpose isn't something the world assigns you.
It's already inside you.
But you've got to get quiet enough to hear it.
So, stop listening to the voices telling you to stay small.
Stop chasing paychecks that drain your soul.
Instead, tune into that inner voice that’s been whispering to you since childhood.
Because when you finally align with your purpose, everything clicks.
Your purpose is waiting for you.
Go claim it.
