Starting Your Week With Faithful Steps

Stop trying to see the entire map; God provides enough light for the next step. Trust Him through the fog and move forward with peace.

Monday means one thing: it's time to get to work.
So I’ll just ask one question:

Have you ever tried to drive at night with your high beams on in fog?
You can't see anything.
But switch to low beams, and suddenly the road right in front of you becomes clear.

Sometimes less light is more.
We want the full map, the five-year plan, the guaranteed outcome.
But that craving pulls us off course, and we reach for distractions to numb the uncertainty.
We stumble because we stopped looking at what was right in front of us.

God doesn't hand you a floodlight. He hands you a lamp.

That's intentional.

He wants you present in the step you're taking today.

So, here's your focus for the week:

* Ground yourself. Ask God for wisdom for this step, not the one 10 steps from now.

* Cut the fog. Name one distraction pulling your gaze backward. Set it down.

* Take one step. Do today the thing you've been putting off because the timing doesn't feel right.

*Anchor your week in this truth: "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." — Psalm 119:105

Your purpose is forward.
Step into the light of God’s word.
And march on!
